Project:
Internet Security Systems is a subsidiary of IBM that provides high-end security products and services. The company was keen to give added value to customers and prospects by creating a newsletter that informed them of developments in this fast changing sector. We designed a monthly email newsletter to be sent to 18 different countries in 6 different languages. Each month, we write the basic content, translate it into six languages, liaise with the country marketing managers to collect local content, compose 36 different newsletters (for partners and customers in each country), distribute the newsletter and provide follow-up tracking and analysis. |
